Technique has been beat to death, but here are some other pointers:

Enter the turn at 87+mph
Corner at 64-66mph
Exit the turn at 67+mph
Go up the back hill at 71+mph

Use an auto tranny, and digital brake/throttle.  GOOD LUCK.  28.140.
