In the mitsu game (Maybe here), I used Mitsubishi cars for as many races as possible, and used the GTO'92 (twinturbo, not SR) for most races. |
So I decided to enter the tuned version in the All-Night II, hoping to set a new record, and maybe to break 50 minutes total time for the event. Sadly, I didn't quite manage it. |

I started from pole position, got a good start, and never lost the lead. |
I lapped the entire field by my first pitstop on lap 8, although one of the cars went by me during the stop. |
Traffic held me up only slightly in this car. I probably lapped the field for the fourth time close to the end, and continued to lap a few cars another time after that. |
I had one messy spin on lap 5, going into the first chicane. |
My time was 15 seconds slower than the Skyline GT-R'89, so perhaps I should try the GTO'95MR again soon for more direct comparison. |
On the other hand, the 15 seconds could have been gained by taking only two pitstops, as the Skyline did, although I'm not 100% confident I would not have lost more time with slow laps. |
I won Cr150,000, and the silver Nismo GT-R LM. |
